I have cervical dysonia as well. Mine started 15 years ago after a car
accident. I would like to add that mine pain had dramtically decreased
through consistent massage and stretching exercises. In particular, Windsor
Pilates ab workout changed me. I believe it realigned me as well as
stengthened my core to keep the alignment. I do that every day. If you can
get symptoms down enough to try it it could be worth a shot. I hope we can
find a cure! My heart goes out to you! ♥

My heart goes out to this poor girl- I feel lucky in that I only have
periodic night attacks of “Laterocollis” (head locks to the left side).
Very painful- my head “locks” & the pain sears up around the top of my head
trying to straighten it. I actually have to get up & gently shrug my
shoulders up & down(hope this helps anyone else with this!) for about 5
minuets, to slowly loosen the muscles to straighten my head. Less attacks
noticed after changing to sleeping on my sides instead of my back. Pretty
scary the first time I experienced it-(I almost called 911!).

Oh, my my, it’s hard to believe we DYSTONIA people suffer so much. May
husband wants me to try this dentist also. I”m a guitarist singer and it
is SO painful and challenging to sit or stand. It’s also amazing how our
misaligned bite can throw the WHOLE body OFF kilter & cause horrendous
pain!!! I pray for a solution soon.I NEVER tried BOTOX because I KNOW that
      is not the root issue.

are no words to describe, except that I’ve never before wanted to have my
