    Hi, there
I feel some clicking, popping and crack sounds and feelings all around the
ears and in the TMJ area, at the sides, sometimes when I yawn or when I
open my mouth too much or in a particular way.
This can be part of a TMJ disorder? would it be possible to correct this
    kind of things with massages?
I’m algo using a teeth protector at night.

    I’d appreciate help

    Thanks

      Dear Kevin,

You actually described typical symptoms of TMJ disorder. You shell bring
this complaint to your dentist. Night guard is helpful. Most of TMJ
disorders, including the symptoms you have described, are the result of
myofascial dysfunction. massage therapy is soft tissue mobilization by
means of massage. Therefore, it could be very helpful.

      Best Wishes,
      Boris

It is possible. In case if you feel worsening of your TMD symptoms, you
must discuss this with your orthodontist.

      Best Wishes,
      Boris

    Thank you so much Boris.
Should we do this everyday: how many times per day? Maybe a day to rest?

I have had hell, looking for a solution, not helped by secondary factors /
issues, this has really helped me, Differnt exercises helped in different
degrees, like Brenda I have seen so many people with no answers. Thank you
so much!!!! people take your time, try and relax and allow time for this to
work, try the fingers and knuckles approach and I hope you see a
    difference.

TMJ disorder fucked my entire jaw and neck muscles up. It took 3-4 years of
special dentistry, massageing and other techniques to finally correct it.

This technique is better than prescription pain relievers. Thank God you
have taken the time to help us who suffer with this infliction. I’ve had
medical professionals want to extract teeth, fill teeth, insist on one or
even two root canals. Today is the first in over two weeks that I’ve felt
any relief — after doing these exercises. Bless you for helping us.

Has anyone ever gone SCUBA diving while TMJ is flared up? I am feeling a
sensation in my ear at times and am concerned of an ear infection (Some of
the worse pain and discomfort I have ever experienced). My Dr. who happens
to be a SCUBA diver told me I had nothing to worry about, regarding various
depths and pressure under water. Any thoughts?
