glove.her expression says it all! and I will leave that up to the muscular
therapist..nothing with a rubber glove on is pleasant 🙂

it just cracks

Coper210 May 6, 2012 3:23:26

do you have a night guard?

Coper210 May 6, 2012 4:15:13

One of the main causes of TMJ is teeth grinding at night, the mouth guard
will help that and also if you think that your TMJ is caused by stress
magnesium tablets or any kind of magnesium can help you with that. I was
just diagnosed with TMJ yesterday and I have been doing a ton of research
on it.

Coper210 May 6, 2012 19:34:03

yeah a night guard can really help with that and also magnesium.

I have TMJ just like my mom, but I also have bad allergies. I just got on
allergy pills (hopefully this will clear up my nose and sinuses), and I’m
considering a night guard to shelp my TERRIBLE night grinding. Is it secure
enough so if I have to sleep with my mouth open (gross, I know) it won’t
move out of place or cause a possible choking hazard?

Coper210 May 23, 2012 3:35:47

Well if you go to your dentist and get a specially made night guard then it
will be able to stay in place and it will be a lot better quality than the
crappy ones you get at rite aid and stores like that. But specially made
night guards from your dentist will cost you a lot of money, I think it
might set you back maybe 100-200 dollars, but it is worth it if it helps
your TMJ. Hope this helps and get better soon!

Pretty White Aura.

I tried so many other exercises through Youtube. None of it was helpful
like this. Then, suddenly, her videos were all deleted around the web. (“by
the user “, websites are saying) I was trying to find this because a friend
of mine recently found he had TMJ. I am glad I found this.

i do the lateral deviation exersize every time i take E. but i do it really
quickly and without hands

James Saunders July 7, 2012 19:26:06

4:10 lmao

Mari Lazaga September 15, 2012 12:31:21

these exercises are awful for anyone with tmj! look for someone more
reputable. this kid lacks basic knowledge of muscle and joint health. shes
obviously over extending her jaw, repeatedly!

8TheB3AT8 January 14, 2013 11:24:19

Sexy.. but my jaw still hurts!

Godpleaser77 January 24, 2013 0:28:04

You know I come across videos like this where trolls try to dominate with
foolish comments. TMJ can be quite serious and I have a mild case and I am
looking for help. So, take the key pad out of reach and hold on to your
baby rattle and find other ways to get attention.

This could make things worse, consult an expert.

Oliver Wilson June 8, 2016 12:48:41

This will make it worse
